To reserve a seat in one of our OFA level 2, level 3 or level 3 recert programs, FACTS requires a $300.00 non refundable deposit required at time of registration. Remainder of course fees are due prior to the start date of the course. If candidates elect to transfer into another course, all changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
All Single day courses including OFA Level 1 &Transportation Endorsement are required to be paid in full at time of registration. Candidates that do not show up for their course, forfeit all fees.
EMR course requires a $425.00 non refundable deposit, payable at time of registration.
