To reserve a seat in any of our courses,
FACTS requires payment in full at time of registration. FACTS requires notice of withdrawal from a course, by telephone, email, or in person, at least seven business days before the course begins. Upon providing proper notice, registrants will be assessed an administrative fee for refunds. No refund will be made for cancellations received later than seven business days before the course begins. FACTS will try to accommodate students in extenuating circumstances. If candidates elect to transfer to another course ( Level 2,3,recert,EMR,FR ) FACTS requires 7 days notification or a $300.00 fee will be charged. Candidates that do not show up for any course, forfeit all fees.
